Parkline Place will open its doors to the public during the Sydney Open festival on Sunday, 2 November 2025. This is a ticketed event, please secure your tickets via the Sydney Open website.

Parkline Place is a landmark 39-storey tower located above Gadigal Station, designed by renowned architects Foster+Partners and developed by Investa on behalf of owners Oxford Properties and Mitsubishi Estate Asia.

Part of the transformative Pitt Street over-station development, Parkline Place is Midtown’s first new commercial office tower in over ten years. As one of two integrated over-station developments delivered through the NSW Government’s Sydney Metro City & Southwest Project, it seamlessly combines transport, culture, and commerce.

Areas open for visitors on Sunday 2 November 2025:

• Level 2 mezzanine: Home to the Foster + Partners Civic Vision exhibition, the first comprehensive showcase of their work in Australia
• Level 3 lobby: Partial access available
• Level 27, Suite 2: Foster+Partners studio
• Level 34: Vacant floor.
