We are thrilled to announce that the NSW Government will be taking up residence in their new CBD Workplace Hub at Parkline Place, Sydney. Parkline Place was delivered and managed by Investa on behalf of co-owners Oxford Properties Group and Mitsubishi Estate Asia (MEA), will host four government agencies across more than 10 floors.
The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (NSW), the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure, the NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water, and the NSW Crown Solicitor's Office will all benefit from modern, sustainable workplaces that support flexible, hybrid working.
Minister for Lands and Property Steve Kamper said: “Our leases at Parkline Place will provide public servants with quality and sustainable modern workplaces. They will support flexibility and increased collaboration to deliver better service outcomes for the people of NSW.”
